Our team specializes in working with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Extensive work using the Google Cloud Platform to access Adobe Analytics data feeds and traditional SQL databases using tools like BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau.

With over 20 years of experience as an Adobe Analytics data analyst and developer, I am passionate about leveraging cloud-based solutions and advanced analytics techniques to drive data-driven decision-making and uncover actionable insights. I currently work as an Adobe Analytics Developer at Atos Syntel, where I spearhead the production of Google cloud-based operational analytics scripting for FedEx, one of the world’s largest delivery services companies.

In my most recent roles, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making and enhance user experience on FedEx.com. I integrate FedEx SQL data sources and data feeds with Google and Amazon (AWS) cloud tools, including Adobe Analytics and Tableau desktop/server reports. I also continuously optimize tagging strategies and data collection methodologies for accurate and comprehensive data capture. Additionally, I leverage advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to generate insights and recommendations that improve FedEx’s operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. I hold an HFI Certified Usability Analyst certification and have completed multiple courses on healthcare analytics in R from LinkedIn. I am proficient in Tableau desktop/server, A/B testing, tag management, and Google Analytics suite, and have a strong knowledge and foundation in data capture, cleaning, and statistical analysis (using R and Python).
